The Diploma in Tourism Management (Hotel & Accommodation Services) is a programme for aspiring professionals with a passion to deepen knowledge and skillsets in the tourism industry (hotel & accommodation services), and to pursue global careers.
Through this tourism management course, we aim to prepare learners for career advancement opportunities in the fast-growing tourism industry and equip learners with advanced knowledge and skillsets in tourism management (hotel & accommodation services). Course programme for the Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism includes sales management and optimization, selection and recruitment management, and people engagement skills and techniques, amongst others.
Course Duration :
1. Full-time: 7 months
Total Contact hours: 180 (No breaks between exams and modules)
Week Schedule: 5 days per week (3 hrs per day)
2. Part-time: 7 months
Total Contact hours: 180 (No breaks between exams and modules)
Weekend: 1 Sunday (8 hrs class)

Entry Qualification:
- Learners must have a minimum of C6 in any 3 GCE ‘O’ Level subjects including English, or its equivalent (i.e. WSQ Work Place Literacy and Numeracy Skills Level 5).
- For Learners who do not meet the minimum requirements, an oral interview would be conducted to determine suitability for the course

Course registration shall be applied 3 days in advance and Registration is based on a First-Come-First-served basis.

To confirm the registration, payment of the registration fees must be made before the commencement date.

Avanta Academy reserves the right to decline the candidate from attending the class at its sole discretion.

Candidate is reminded to attend the classes punctually. Full course fees will still be imposed if the candidate does not attend the class without prior notice to the Institute.

Reschedule or change of course is allowed only once and is subjected to the availability of the course.
