Through the WSQ Specialist Diploma in Food Services (Food and Beverage Service), we aim to:

Written Assessment, Role-Plays, Practical Performance and Oral Questioning
Upon successful completion of the course, learners will be awarded a
WSQ Specialist Diploma in Food Services (Food and Beverage Service)
• A minimum of ‘O’ Levels qualifications and above or its equivalent (i.e. WSQ Work Place Literacy and Numeracy Skills Level 5) is required.
• Learners must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience at Supervisory or Management Level in Food and Beverage Service.
